The high-speed Thalys train will resume its service between Amsterdam and Paris on Thursday, but passengers will have to change trains at Brussels South/Midi station.
Seats will only be available to passengers already holding reservations. The Eurostar trains between Brussels and London and the TGV high-speed train to the south of France are still not running.
The problems are the result of Monday's train accident near Brussels in which 18 people were killed. Normal train services will be resumed as soon as all the wreckage has been cleared from the tracks.
