      Taliban bomb in Pakistan kills 13

      An explosion in eastern Pakistan, in the city of Lahore, has killed at least 13 people.

      Dozens more were injured when a car packed with explosives struck a police investigations unit in Pakistan's second largest city. The Taliban has claimed responsibility for the attack.

      More than 600 people were killed in extremist attacks in Pakistan last year.
