      Swiss cyclist wins Tour de France first leg

      Swiss cyclist Fabian Cancellara will wear the yellow jersey in the Tour de France on Sunday, having won the first leg of the race in Monaco.



      The Saxo Bank team member was nearly 20 seconds faster in the 15.5-kilometre time trial than Alberto Contador who came in second. Australian Cadel Evans, one of the favourites to win the Tour, was not far behind.
