The BBC reports that a major suspect in the Rwanda genocide has been arrested in the Ugandan capital Kampala.
Idelphonse Nizeyimana is accused of being involved in a number of massacres of ethnic Tutsis. He is also held responsible for the killing of Queen Rosalie Gicanda, the widow of former Rwandan King Mutara III.
The Rwanda Tribunal in Tanzania says Mr Nizeyimana is one of its most wanted suspects. At least 800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus were killed during the Rwanda genocide in 1994.
