      Dutch Princess Máxima offers her condolences to the victims of Saturday's shooting incident in the western Dutch town of Alphen aan den Rijn, which claimed the lives of seven people including the gunman. The princess was speaking at a gathering for the Dutch National Scouting Association in The Hague.
