Andy Murray has got through to the semi-finals of the Australian Open for the first time. Defending champion Rafael Nadal was forced to give up playing half way through the third set due to a knee injury.
Marin Cilic had already reached the semi-final. The Croatian tennis star won in five sets against US player Andy Roddick. Roddick blamed his defeat on a shoulder injury.
