Five mental health institutions are resorting to hiring workers aged over 40 to fight an expected staff shortage.
The instutions told the press that they are looking for candidates who are willing to enter a 2.5 year training course. They say that working with older candidates may have many advantages, in terms of their motivation and their ability to withstand the mental stress involved in the work.
