A 15-year-old girl was released unharmed after being abducted in the town of Hillegom last Tuesday.
Police said the girl was dragged off her bicycle on her way to school and bundled into a van. She was blindfolded and handcuffed, but police confirm that she was able to get hold of her cellphone and send out text messages. After one hour the girl was released in nearby Haarlem, after the abductors told her they had picked up "the wrong girl".
Police are looking into the case, but have not made any arrests.
