The lawyer of the two youngest suspects in the Urk village murder has said they were not present when 14-year-old Dirk Post died.
The boys aged 12 and 13 say they ran away in fear when their 15-year-old companion pulled out a knife. They say they that when he caught up with them they saw blood on his trousers.
The two boys were released on Tuesday, though they are to remain in police custody in their homes until Wednesday or Thursday. The older boy is still being held by the police. The examining magistrate has ruled that he can be kept on remand for two weeks.
On Tuesday evening around 3,500 people joined a silent march in remembrance of the murdered Dirk Post, whose body was found in woods last week. Earlier in the day a funeral was held privately. The fishing village of Urk is home to one of the Netherlands’ most tightly-knit and orthodox Protestant communities.

It's really sad what such young boys can do to each other. This would definitely be a good case for the lawyer Boston MA. I've heard they dealt with a similar case before.
Any update on this case?? Sad that a young man had to die and two others are irrevocably damaged.
