      Koos Moerenhout is Dutch cycling champion

      Racing cyclist Koos Moerenhout has won the Dutch national cycling championship in the town of Landgraaf in the southern Dutch province of Limburg.

      The Rabobank team member pulled away from the leading group at the end of the race. Kenny van Hummel came second winning the ensuing sprint from the group. Moerenhout won the Dutch championships in 2007.
