Bus drivers in the southern Italian city of Naples have refused to drive out because of fears of infection by the Mexican flu. They are demanding that buses are disinfected daily to protect them from the new influenza A (H1N1) virus.
The cleaning company has reassured drivers that the buses are cleaned every day and disinfected once every two weeks.
Up to now one person has died of Mexican flu in Italy, in a town just outside Naples.
