The Iranian authorities say they have given back the Nobel Peace Prize to human rights activist Shirin Ebadi. The lawyer was awarded the prize in 2003 for her work to defend the rights of women and children in Iran.
The government confiscated the prize last month, sparking a diplomatic row between Iran and Norway, where the prize is awarded.
Shirin Ebadi is a controversial figure in Iran. She moved abroad a few months ago to escape persecution but her family are still facing threats and their bank accounts have been frozen.
