Demonstrations against the regime in Iran are being held around the world on Saturday. Between 1000 and 2000 people have gathered in Amsterdam's Museumplein square.
Two protests in Germany, one in Berlin and the other in Düsseldorf attracted fewer participants, with just a few hundred people turning up. A rally is due to take place near the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
The protests are being supported by organisations including Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch.
