Haiti's government has ended the search for survivors of the quake that struck eleven days ago.
The UN body overseeing the relief effort says a record 132 victims have been rescued. On Friday, a 22-year-old man and an 84-year-old woman were pulled from under the rubble.
The UN Organisation for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says it is now focusing on helping the survivors. It estimates the quake has left one million people homeless and many more in need of help.
Relief work is still being hampered by impassable roads and insufficient security. To expedite aid, organisations have been given different tasks. The UN and Haiti's government are coordinating the relief effort and security operations. The United States is controlling all air traffic, ports and roads.
According to official figures, the death toll from the 7.0-magnitude quake has risen to 111,000 people. The UN puts the figure at 75,000.
