A fugitive inmate from Belgium has been caught by police in the Dutch province of Zeeland.
The convict escaped along with five others from a prison near Antwerp in late July. Four of them were arrested shortly after. Over the past two weeks 12 inmates have escaped in a string of jailbreaks. Three detainees broke out from a jail in Bruges by helicopter. Three others fled a court house in Brussels with the help of armed accomplices. Seven of the fugitives have since been captured.
