Freight ship with livestock sinks off Lebanon

A freight ship has sunk off the coast of Lebanon. At least four people drowned when the ship capsized in a heavy storm.

Thirty-one crew members have been rescued from the sea. Navy vessels are still searching for survivors; dozens of people are missing.

At least 80 people were on board, most of them from the Philippines and Pakistan.

The ship was carrying livestock. Around 10,000 ship and 18,000 cattle were being transported from Uruguay to Tartous in Syria.
