More about:

The H1N1 flu outbreak has claimed two more victims in the Netherlands in the past 24 hours.

In the city of Groningen a five-year-old girl died, she had underlying complaints and was already sick when she contracted the virus.

A 35-year-old man died of the virus in the town of Heerlen. He was admitted to the intensive care unit at the Atrium hospital in Heerlen earlier this week. He was healthy before he caught the flu and had no medical history. A total of twelve Dutch people have now died after contracting the virus.
