For the first time in a year, Russia has given a Georgian airline company permission to fly to Russia.
On Tuesday and Wednesday, Georgian Airways will fly between Tbilisi and Moscow and between Tbilisi and Saint Petersburg. Since the war in August 2008 over the breakaway Georgian region of South Ossetia, there have been no flights between Georgia and Russia.
In the last few months, relations between the two countries have improved, recently resulting in the decision to open up a single border-crossing again in March.

This is good news, very good news.
Its good that finally there is a direct flight between Russia and Georgia. It is so much relief for the passengers. Also the airline company would also profit from this.
