The Colombian rebel organisation FARC has released a second soldier.
Sergeant Pablo Emilio Moncayo has been held hostage for more than 12 years. On Sunday, the FARC released another soldier Josué Daniel Calvo, after being held for a year.
The Marxist rebels are holding another 20 soldiers and police officers, which they hope to exchange for hundreds of their fighters held in prison.
The Colombian President Álvaro Uribe says he is only prepared to exchange prisoners if the fighters do not return to the FARC.
The FARC have been fighting the Colombian government for 45 years. Support for the movement has dwindled in recent years.
