The Dutch Public Prosecution has discovered that Dutch-Argentinian pilot Julio Poch did fly planes which carried people.
The Transavia pilot is accused of being involved in the death flights in the 1970s and 1980s, in which 1000 opponents of Argentina's junta were thrown out of planes into the sea alive.
Earlier his lawyer said Mr Poch only flew fighter jets. However, the Prosecution has found log books in Mr Poch's home which reveal he also flew other planes.
A court case about the logbooks was due to take place in The Hague on Tuesday, but it was postponed.
Mr Poch's lawyer does not want the logbooks to be used as evidence against his client.
Julio Poch is being held in Spain where he was arrested in September at the request of the Argentinian authorities.

Dirk, you are so passionate about your defense of Poch that it raises eyebrows about your knowledge (participation in?) iof these death flights using a variety of pilots... Perhaps the authorities should look more closely at your detailed information you have gathered from where exactly?.
