In the Dutch Premier League (Eredivisie), FC Utrecht drew 2-2 away against Vitesse in Arnhem. Utrecht, number five in the league, looked like they were heading for victory but Claudemir equalised for Vitesse just before the final whistle.
Number six in the Premier League, Heracles Almelo, won 4-1 away against ADO The Hague. Lower down the league, FC Groningen beat Sparta 4-2 in Rotterdam, with Thomas Enevoldsen scoring three times. Roda JC won 3-1 away against Willem II in Tilburg.
