Dutch police have arrested a 19-year-old man from Rotterdam in connection with the violence during a beach party in Hook of Holland last month.
It is not known why he has been arrested. The beach party Sunset Grooves ended in chaos, when police become cornered by a group of rowdy football hooligans.
Police felt so intimidated that they drew their weapons and fired warning shots. A 19-year-old man also from Rotterdam was shot dead by a police bullet.
The head of the police unit involved was severely criticised for failing to deploy riot police, in spite of being aware that football hooligans intended to disrupt the event.
