US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has held talks with Nigerian President Umaru Yar'Adua, whom she praised for offering a 60-day amnesty for militants operating in the oil-rich Niger Delta region. Nigeria is Mrs Clinton's fiifth stop in her 11-day visit to seven African countries.
