The Nigerian man who tried to blow up a plane approaching Detroit in the United States on Christmas Day has been indicted for the attempted murder of 289 people.
Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab faces a total of six charges which also include attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction. He was on a flight from Amsterdam's Schiphol Airport to Detroit on 25 December and tried unsuccessfully to detonate an explosive powder shortly before landing.
The 23-year-old was overpowered by other passengers and crew on the plane. He says he obtained the explosives from members of al-Qaeda in Yemen where he underwent terrorist training.

Yet another Islamic failure. These impostors have not ruined a flight for eight and a half years now. Hopeless, incompetent scum. What else can you expect from a crowd whose criminal religion was founded by a man who married a nine year old girl? Dirty animals!
289 passengers could have lost their lives if the authorities would have not acted in time. As for the bomber he should be punished severely.
