Bodies of Dutch Haiti victims repatriated

A plane has landed at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport carrying the bodies of seven Dutch who died in the Haiti earthquake. They are two couples and three recently adopted children. Two Netherlands Antillians and two Dutch residents of Aruba are still missing in Haiti.

A Dutch army assistance team has left Haiti after eleven days. The team accompanied food convoys and distributed tents, food and water. The military are based on the Caribbean island of Curaçao and transported to Haiti and back by HNLMS De Pelikaan.
