R&B singer Beyonce was the biggest winner at the 52nd Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday, the most important  international music awards. Beyonce won six Grammies, including one for the best song of the year, Single Ladies.

But the fiercely desired Grammy for album of the year went to country singer Taylor Swift for Fearless. Lady Gaga, the Black Eyed Peas, Jay-Z, Eminem and Kings of Leon also won more than one award. Two of Michael Jackson's children accepted a lifetime achievement award on behalf of their late father.
