British Airways cabin crew have begun a four-day strike, just one week after a three-day stoppage caused severe travel disruption.
The second walkout comes after management failed to reach agreement with cabin crew unions over higher pay and guarantees there will be no forced sackings.
BA boss Willie Walsh expects three-quarters of all flights will go ahead as planned.
More negotiations are expected at the weekend.
