Arrests after UK demonstrators clash

Published on 10 October 2009 - 10:59pm
More about:

In the United Kingdom, in the city of Manchester, police have arrested dozens of people after anti-Islam demonstrators clashed with anti-fascists.

Around 700 supporters of the right-wing extremist organisation English Defence League (EDL) took to the streets of the city to demonstrate against radical Islam and Sharia law. Some are said to have given the Nazi salute and shouted Nazi slogans. Fighting broke out when they encountered around 1400 anti-Fascists mounting a counter-demonstration.

The EDL was set up in March, after a group of British Muslims demonstrated against soldiers returning from Afghanistan and Iraq. The organisation, which organised other protests in the UK in September, denies that it has any racist motivation.

The British people now knows how the Irish people feel about oppression. The British governments have oppressed the Irish and now the British people are being oppressed by the masses of Muslims who have entered the UK. When youy compare the British government with Sharia law, the are very close in nature. Both want to control all of the world but it appears the British government is the weaker of the two tyrants. It is good to see some British citizens standing-up and protesting against the influx of Muslims that their government allowed to enter the Isles. It is a wake-up call for the tyrant British government who cares more about appeasing Islam than it's own citizens. Good luck to the mates of the BNP who care about the UK.

Please let us make use of our gift of nature to solve some prevailing 'quake-nuro-science-psycology' that attempts to fracture the strong fabrics of our historical democratic ideals. If only our places of prayer are not being forced to be linked to mis-calculated feuding and mis-guidance; we have our various gifts of "life" to enjoy. Several stealth/hidden mis-conducts of associating parteners with our creator of nature are showing-up. Any act of propagating tention and mis-judgement-in-life could easily become a hidden desire of creating a barren deseart island in the life of the worthy wider community. The good aspect of religion is to be able to worship in peace and harmony. The mis-calculated actions in the name of faith tends arouse public concerns; but no intellectual should use the wrong options of outdated principles.
