Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad says "European politicians are stupid, that they know nothing about politics and even less about history". He added that "one was more stupid than the other".
According to the semi-official Fars news agency, President Ahmadinejad said "Iran's foreign enemies cannot harm the Islamic state," adding "they had planned a very complicated and wide-ranging scenario... but they don't know that a nation which is ready to sacrifice its life for its religious figures will destroy all their Satanic attempts".
Mr Ahmadinejad said European politicians erroneously believe that a ban on building minarets will restrict the Islamic religion, saying, "minarets do not cause people to believe, they are a result of belief".
At the end of November, more than 57 percent of the Swiss electorate voted in favour of a referendum banning the construction of minarets. The decision was widely condemned.

European politicians are stupid because they think and believe Muslims, who they have let into Europe by the millions, will be like the Europeans. Europeans have not learned anything from Islam's history. It has a violent history and their history was to attack, destroy, and conquer everything in it's path by force of arms. Yes, he is correct.
Oh and Ahmadinejad thinks that he is intelligent? At least Europe doesn´t support terrorists or deny history of the holocaust despite proof that it had actually taken place? Ahmadinejad has the gull to deny the Holocaust over and over despite the proof out there. The Nazis were so meticulous at taking notes, films, and photos. It is because of the Nazis themselves that we have so much PROOF about the holocaust. Over 1 million CHILDREN WERE ANNIHILATED IN THE HOLOCAUST: They burned children alive, and bashed their heads against brick walls if they cried. All pregnant woman, all children under 15 and anyone frail or old was immediately put to death. Anyone who can kill an innocent man or women, let alone a helpless, defense child is pure evil and anyone who can deny that this history took place, is not only evil but IGNORANT AND SHOULD BE PRISON FOR LIFE!
Every European with a large Muslim population has real problems with them. All Switzerland is saying is that they do not want that.
