John Masuku is the head of the Voice of the People, an independent station that broadcasts in Zimbabwe. Masuku is in the Netherlands to engage talks with Radio Netherlands, a partner station.

Our video reporter, Eric Beauchemin accompanied him to the Hague on sunday where a joint press conference was given by Morgan Tsvangirai, the Zimbabwean Prime Minister and Bert Koenders, the Dutch Minister of Development Aid. He got a chance to speak with Mr. Tsvangirai during the conference. He also discusses the situation in Zimbabwe and his hopes for the future.

Tsvangirai, who arrived here on sunday, is on the first leg of his tour of the European Union (EU) countries and the United States of America.
