Victoire Ingabire, leader of the opposition party United Democratic Forces in Rwanda, who was already under judicial control, was arrested once again on October 14 in Kigali. She is accused of “organising a terrorist group”.
Back from the Netherlands in January, where she spent 16 years in exile, Ingabire was first arrested on April 21 in Kigali. She was then prosecuted by the Rwandan justice for “association with a terrorist group, propagation of an ideology of genocide, revisionism and ‘sectarianism’.”
Shortly before her second arrest, Dutch freelance journalist Anneke Verbraeken met up with her in Kigali.

I'am 24 years old, in genos that took place here 16years ago i was living in kigali, i saw the same language speaking kill each other, others were raping the women whom they would only ask or killing cows. After that ppl who claim to have stopped is, followed up and killed other thousands of same language speakers i mean all are RWANDANS
