Increasing wealth brings increasing obesity to Africa

As Africa's middle classes continue to grow, more and more people are developing diseases usually associated with Western lifestyles, such as obesity. Experts predict that within a few years, over a third of Africans will be overweight. But most Africans still don't consider being fat a health risk.
