Decriminalizing prostitution for the 2010 World Cup in South Africa could help stop the spread of HIV and AIDS. That's the claim made by a leading HIV research unit, but religious groups are against the proposals.

legalize prostitution and control it, thereby controling HIV and giving the authorities an opportunity to assertain the real scale of the industry and act on it's problems - pimps,crime and drugs

Yes please don't go down the route of the dirty Dutch! Let Holland legalize drugs and prostitution. South Africa should know better.
