Ikenna Azuike is a journalist and producer at the Africa desk of Radio Netherlands Worldwide (RNW).
 
Before joining Radio Netherlands Ikenna worked as a lawyer with Clifford Chance in Amsterdam and Shearman & Sterling in New York. His career change came about after what he decribes as his 'moment of clarity'. Ikenna relishes the opportunity to reconnect with the continent where he was born and establish a career in a field that he was very close to pursuing (before he got on the legal treadmill).
 
Ikenna enjoys using journalism to explore and challenge established assumptions about Africa.
 
Outside Radio Netherlands Ikenna enjoys building his online platform Strawberry Earth and playing football.
