Africa in Progress - Radio show: Young HIV pastor says others should speak up too

On air: 12 June 2012 12:00 - 19 June 2012 12:00 (Photo: Tear)

More about:

Officially, there’s only one pastor with HIV in Zimbabwe. Reverend Maxwell Kapachawo feels that more religious leaders should be courageous and disclose their status as he did, because of their position in society.

This he says would help improve the lives of others living with HIV. But the clergymen are afraid to speak openly. Listen to his story in this edition of Africa in Progress.

Guest: Rev. Maxwell Kapachawo ( Zimbabwe)
Dur: 30:00
Presenter: Patricia Oyella ( Uganda)
