Rwanda’s reputation has been severely damaged by a recent UN report, accusing it of supporting the M23-rebels in neigbouring Eastern Congo. This fall, the Rwandan government tries to prove its innocence. RNW journalist Sophie van Leeuwen throws some light on the matter.
