More and more children in Africa are being raised by one parent only. Although their numbers are increasing, single parent families are still not fully accepted in many parts of Africa and this has an impact on young people.

In this edition we hear the views of a single mother and a single father, and those of young people. How does the stigma around single parents affect them and what can be done to deal with it?
