Childbirth is a defining moment in a woman's life, but is she free to chose how she will deliver? While too many African women continue to die of preventable child birth complications, more and more wealthy women in different parts of the continent feel they do have the choice. In this revisited edition of Africa in Progress, two mothers and three reproductive health experts discuss the pros and cons of natural birth versus Caesarean section.
