There have been many attempts at unifying Africa, politically and economically. Although regional integration is progressing in certain parts of the continent, strict visa requirements and border controls still exist.
Producer Aveseh Asough asked people from the four corners of the continent how they think Africa can really achieve unity within its shores.
Collins Sekajugo (Rwanda), Bisi Olatilo (Nigeria), Zodua Juma (Zimbabwe), Joel Mpah Dooh (Cameroon), Snobia Kaputu (Namibia) and Zenzele Chulu (Zambia) share their views.
