Three S. Korean tourists kidnapped in Egypt's Sinai

Armed Bedouin kidnapped three South Korean tourists and their Egyptian guide in the Sinai Peninsula in the latest in a spate of abductions, a security official said on Friday.

The trio were headed to the historic monastery of St Catherine when they were seized, the official said on condition of anonymity. Their kidnappers are demanding the release of fellow tribesmen held by the authorities, the official added.
