South Africa win rowing lightweight men's four

South Africa won the lightweight men's four gold at the London Olympics rowing regatta here on Thursday.

The winning four -- James Thompson, Matthew Brittain, John Smith and Sizwe Ndlovu -- made up late ground to pip favourites Great Britain, with Beijing 2008 champions Denmark taking bronze.
