Negotiations between the Democratic Republic of Congo and the M23 rebel group will open soon in the Ugandan capital, a Congolese minister said Tuesday.
The peace talks will start "in the next few days in Kampala," Interior Minister Richard Muyej Mangez said during a visit to Goma, the key eastern mining hub that was seized by the rebels for almost two weeks before they pulled out at the weekend.
