Police in the provincial capital Leeuwarden have arrested a man who was filming women’s posteriors in the city centre.

There were 60 such videos on his camera’s memory card. The man has been charged with indecent assault and it is now up to the public prosecution service to decide whether he should be prosecuted.

This is not the first time the man has been arrested for filming women’s bottoms.

The police were alerted to his activities by a man who had seen the suspect film his girlfriend. When police arrived they caught him filming two other women.
