Roland Polman is Ivory Coast’s only cartoon blogger. The 23 year old has a law degree and is the founder of caric-actu.com, a web magazine that covers Ivorian affairs and looks at world events from an Ivorian perspective. From now on, our website and Facebook page will feature his cartoons regularly. Polman was selected best Ivorian blogger in 2011.
