Tanzania and Kenya have reached an agreement which would allow the two countries to reinforce security in the waters along their coasts in order to fight piracy.
The spread to be guarded will be extended from 200 miles to 350 miles. The only hick to this project is that finances are quite hard to find to accomplish such ventures.
