      FC Twente strengthen lead in Premier League

      In Dutch Premier League football, FC Twente Enschede keeps edging ever closer to victory after beating ADO Den Haag 3-1.

      Playing at home, after a mere ten seconds Twente had to face a Wesley Verhoek goal but then struck back with two goals by Bryan Ruiz and one by Kenneth Perez.

      FC Twente is now five points ahead of its nearest rival PSV Eindhoven and nine clear of Ajax Amsterdam. PSV and Ajax will face each other on Sunday.
