Film footage released by the Ugandan police to the Daily Monitor on Monday shows another angle of Ingrid Turnawe’s arrest on 20 April. See video below.

This clip gives viewers a better look at the helmeted officer who attracted international attention – and wrath – for squeezing the FDC politician’s breast while arresting her outside a rally in Kampala. While some have claimed that the particularly hands-on officer is male, since the incident, the police have maintained otherwise.
